We’re careful to estimate accurately. If we underestimated due to our error, we make it right. If unexpected conditions arise, those will be handled transparently under contract terms.

Early finish credit

If the final cost is materially less because we finished faster, you’ll see a reduction on the final bill.

Utility safety

We request DigSafe one week before start and verify markups on site. Homeowners must mark propane, private lines, wells, or outbuilding connections.
